RETURN AND EXCHANGES

 

Here at Origen Seven we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. So it for reason you are not happy with your order, you can send it back for a refund or exchange.

 

Please read the terms and instructions below to qualify.

 

– 1. TO QUALIFY –

 

Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of the ship date (returning package must be postmarked as So).

 

Shoes must be returned in perfect condition:

  • Merchandise must be new/unworn condition
  • No damage

Shoes must be returned with original contents:

  • Undamage original show box
  • Original tagging

– 2. SHIPPING COSTS –

 

Origen Seven offers USPS return labels only for return adresses inside the United States.

 

We will cover the cost of ground shipping for a return/exchange if requested within 21 days of order delivery.

 

Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost. If returning part of an order, than bundle discount + free shipping will no longer apply to that order.

 

Shipping costs for international returns will be done at the customer expense.

 

– 3. HOW TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN –

 

  1. If you wish to return/exchange all of part of your order, please contact us.
  2. We will then provide you with a shipping label you may use to send your order back to our warehouse.
  3. When our warehouse accepts your return, we will process the refund for your order. All refunds are processed back to the customer ’ s original from of payment.
